After Saturday's 24 to 3 defeat, the Mountaineers are now .500 on the season with a one and one record, but Coach Bill Stewart felt that it wasn't a complete loss for his team.
Coach Stewart was pleased with the special teams and WVU's kicking game headlined by Pat McAfee and after looking at the film he felt the running backs played better than what he initially thought.
The Mountaineers have ten days to prepare for Colorado and although they are unhappy with the loss, it is time to learn from the mistakes that includes the new coaching staff, right down to the players.
